middle school overnight

date: July 26-27
time:  6:00 PM on Thursday – 10:00 AM on Friday
location: Grace Chapel

All 6th-8th graders are invited to this overnight event with high-energy games & activities in a safe, fun environment.  Incoming 6th graders are invited to come join the fun, too.  This is a great opportunity to invite friends!

The fun will begin at 6:00 PM on Thursday at Grace Chapel.
We will enjoy indoor camping, a huge Nerf gun war throughout the entire church building, eating grilled hot dogs & a delicious breakfast, having a blast with some great friends and making some new ones.

Pick-up will be between 9:00-10:00 AM on Friday morning.  If anyone wants to come play on Thursday night but can not stay to spend the night, you are still welcome to come – simply indicate that on the sign-up form.
The cost is only $10 per participant who will be eating dinner, snacks, and breakfast.  Money should never keep anyone from being a part of these special events, so please come even if you are not able to pay the entire amount.

Here’s a simple packing list for this overnight event:

  • Sleeping Stuff: sleeping bag/blanket, pillow, air mattress
  • Personal Stuff: toiletries, toothbrush/toothpaste,
  • Nerf stuff: bring your own gun(s) & ammo for the Nerf Wars
  • Water bottle: we’ll be really active, so feel free to bring your own water bottle to refill regularly to stay hydrated.
  • $10 – if you plan to eat dinner, snacks, and breakfast: this covers all food (grilled hot dogs, dessert, drinks, breakfast), and feel free to bring your favorite snacks & drinks if you would like to share.  If you don’t prefer to eat hot dogs, please make other arrangements for your dinner.

Simply sign up below to let us know that you will be coming, and invite your friends by sharing the link to this page.
